Brosnan Risk Consultants (BRC) is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong relationship capital to drive revenue growth across our service lines. We are looking for you to expand our footprint and develop a new client base selling Brosnan Security Solutions. As an expert in security services sales, and related fields, you will drive sales, foster client satisfaction, and educate internal partners on business development tactics.

 

  • Salary Potential: $110,000 - $255,000 Annually

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Brosnan’s various service lines and be capable of clear articulation to prospective clients. Identify the client’s needs and pain points.
  • Establish contact with prospects and identify and qualify potential customers.  Schedule Sales Calls, follow-up in-person meetings and most importantly, schedule tours at Brosnan’s 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in Pearl River, NY.
  • Assume direct responsibility for the full range of Brosnan’s service lines and work closely with the Operations team to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations that effectively convey Brosnan’s value proposition.
  • Ensure seamless transition of new accounts to Operations and Account Management team.
  • Work with National Accounts team to expand service line portfolios.
  • Stay updated on market conditions and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving collections and other customer satisfaction issues as needed.
  • Utilize BRC’s CRM and other management tools to track and oversee prospects.
  • Development of a detailed sales strategy to include monthly sales report including quarterly projections.ID

Qualifications

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 10+ years of sales experience selling security officer services, or related fields.
  • Proven track record as a successful sales executive.
  • Highly evolved professional customer service skills.
  • Strong networking relationships are highly desired.
  • Strong drive and ambition.
  • Ability to travel, as required.
  • Must have a positive attitude and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
