Company Overview/Benefits

Brosnan Risk Consultants is looking for a Security Administrator to report directly to a client and to support their security program. The Security Administrator has oversight over the clients retail and corporate offices, similar to an internal employee. The Security Administrator will be provided with a laptop, cell phone & mileage to client sites will be expensed.

Responsibilities

- Respond to the client locations to verify officer, inventory or function of security devices

- Liase with security integrators to ensure function, inventory and installation

- Work with the security integrators to replace security equipment when needed

- Conduct incident or robbery response to incidents that occur at client sites

- Liase with the client staff on site as well as facilities management to report security and safety concerns

- Assist client with preparing security and incident reports

- Report activities in client’s case management software

- Assist client with fire drills, security testing and incident management as directed by the client

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

- Must have a valid, state-issued Driver’s License and clean driving record

- A US citizen or an alien lawfully authorized to work in the United States

- Must present a professional image

- Excellent communication skills; customer service experience is a plus

- Skilled multi-tasker

- Keen attention to detail

- Reliable transportation and proximity to New York City

- 6 years of security management experienced required

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
